  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that technical apparel and equipment are securely packed to prevent damage.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
